Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
– The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
– Return requests are made within 24 hours of delivery (for perishable goods) or within 7 days (for non-perishable goods).
– Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
– Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
Perishable and consumable items such as groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen foods cannot be returned unless they are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Opened or used food and grocery items
– Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy)
– Hygiene or personal care products
– Items sold under clearance or promotional discounts
– Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support within the return window via email or phone.
2. Provide your order details, item name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
3. Once your request is verified, our team will arrange for pickup or request you to drop the product at our nearest branch.
4. Items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process & Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval. Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase. If payment was made via Razorpay or similar gateway, the processing time may vary based on the payment provider’s policy.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process. Refunds for cancellations will be initiated within 5 business days.

6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement item is available, it will be dispatched at no additional cost. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided as per the original payment mode.
